Former Simpson County deputy Adrian Durr set for federal sentencing this week

A former Simpson County deputy is set to be sentenced this week after admitting to using excessive force on a handcuffed man inside the county jail. Federal prosecutors say the victim was restrained when the assault happened. Sentencing is scheduled for Thursday in Jackson.
