The event is designed to connect older adults with legal resources and guidance on a variety of civil legal matters, including wills, estates and property issues, healthcare directives, guardianship, family and personal civil matters, housing and consumer concerns, public benefits, disability issues and expungements.

Attendees must meet eligibility requirements, including being 60 years of age or older, living in Simpson County, and not currently represented by an attorney. Individuals must also be a U.S. citizen, resident or eligible undocumented individual.

Those attending are encouraged to bring any documents related to their legal concerns for review.

No appointment is required. Assistance will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
